Free period products in school is an initiative set up by the Ministry of Education.

Periods are a fact of life for half the population. As parents and whānau, your child's education and wellbeing is important to you. Providing period products to our students who are in need, is part of supporting their wellbeing. Students can better focus on their learning and know they can get what they need, when they need it, to manage their cycle. 

FREE period products for students in need can be ordered on our school website under the 'Waipa School Shop' tab, and will be available for collection from the school office. The allocation for each student is two packs per month.
